Kramer VP-703SC Digital Scan Converter / Downscaler for Retro Gaming?

I picked up this little unit for next to nothing at my local Goodwill store- what a surprise find! I always enjoy attempting to scale down Xbox360 640x480 down to look as close as possible to an arcade board running at 320x240 which is a difficult task, very few devices will ever come close. However, this little unit does a fair job at it and has some really nice extra features to boot.
