JoLang Reaction to “I look into the blue lakes“ performed by the choir of the Valaam Monastery

Hello, JoLang is here again, and today I want to introduce you to the Song “I look into the blue lakes“ performed by the choir of the Valaam Monastery. During my speech about the song, I would like to show you paintings by the famous Russian painter Ivan Pokhitonov. I am forced to give in to the weakness of my heart and have to introduce a choir again. I’m obsessed with the passionate singing, I really love the strong connection to the text, they know what they’re singing about. One of the exciting things about this Russian choir is, that each one of them has the capacity to sing a solo, really beautifully. You can hear all the different voices but they’re blended beautifully. Their sound is really great the vocal technique is so solid, their voices go beautifully together, especially when that full Harmony comes in. It’s so exciting, all these men are so talented.
