Skrydstrup språng pattern

Shows how to do the språng pattern for the Bronze Age cap from Skrydstrup, Denmark. Based on Peter Collingwood’s book The Techniques of Sprang, the section on “combining interlaced with interlinked sprang.“ Only the top part of the frame is shown, there is cloth building up in mirror image at the bottom of the warp. Also briefly shows a closeup of a bog hood I made with the same pattern.
