Killa Rockers Cypher / The Notorious IBE 2018

Killa Rockers from Brazil 🇧🇷 did what hip hop is all about, which is having fun. Ratin and Ruddy (and their crew) took over the cypher and made sure to involve the crowd with whatever they were doing. They convinced Tawfiq (The Ruggeds 🇳🇱 ) to throw down during his announcement, they kept calling out people to battle each other, and they straight up had fun during some off-time of the big events around The Notorious IBE.
