Corsican Holiday Reel 2 Of 3 (1950-1959)

Reel 2. Our heroine walks down to the beach. It is deserted. She looks into rock pools. Three men in a small boat come across her as she is floating on her back in the sea. She waves. Michel is in the boat, he takes his shirt off, dives into the sea and swims to the shore for her clothes. They all set off in the boat together. Michel produces a guitar and serenades her as she sits in the boat in her swimsuit. They bring in lobster pots and they bring one out and scare her with it. They sail into the shore. They all have lunch together on the beach. On the way home Michel serenades her on the prow of the boat. 01:04:36 - They meet up again but there are problems with the language. They use her phrase book to communicate. She tells him that she is a secretary. They walk around hand in hand. He cuts a fruit from a cactus for her to eat - a Barbary Fig. She sits on the rocks as Michel fishes. They eat a meal al fresco at a restaurant. They eat the fish Michel has caught and drink wine.
