Coney Island’s Luna Park issued violations over Cyclone malfunction

Coney Island’s iconic Cyclone roller coaster was closed Friday. The ride was shut down after it malfunctioned Thursday and riders had to be rescued. The Department of Buildings has now issued violations. CBS News New York’s Doug Williams reports.
