We had the fantastic privilege of following a few steps of an 8-year long project and are very happy and fortunate to share this video with you today. A very tasteful collector asked Vacheron Constantin to develop and manufacture the timepiece of his dream and the man knew what he wanted; Grande and Petite Sonnerie, Westminster chime, amazing enamel work on both sides of this large pocket watch and a pure beauty of engraving savoir-faire when it comes to the case. This incredible timepiece has taken some developments seen in the Ref. 57260, the world’s most complicated timepiece ever produced, but adjusted to fulfil the desires of the owner. It’s an incredible work of art and I feel so grateful that there are people out there capable of giving the opportunity to talented watchmakers and artisans to express their talent in such a way.
