Video profile on the “Todt“ Battery; a former German heavy artillery battery located on the coast of France near Calais. Intended to assist the Third Reich in its plan to invade England (Operation Sea Lion), it was never used for that purpose as Hitler lost the Battle of Britain and never carried out the invasion. Today, it is an Atlantic Wall Museum containing a great collection of uniforms, weapons and equipment - in addition to an original Krupp K5 rail-mounted artillery gun; one of only two known to exist in the world.
