WTF, Hitler? Now with sound!

Updated and expanded version here: Weird animation I found, and put sound design to. It’s by a guy named Denis from Moscow, and he does this during some spare time for . He’s given me permission to enhance his work. I have no idea what this means, or how to interpret it. I just thought it was interesting, and used it as a platform for practicing sound design for cartoons.
