Jomthong is a muay fimeu who utilises all the weapons that the rule set allows. He is equally adept to competing in both Muay Thai and kickboxing bouts and, between 2010 and 2013, competed in western boxing where he won the OPBF Super Featherweight title, ABCO Continental Super Featherweight title, and the WBC All Asia Super Featherweight title.
