Desmoplastic Melanoma: My favorite clues to avoid missing it! (Oregon Case 3)
If I had only one immunostain to use here, I would use SOX-10 or s100. Pure desmoplastic melanoma is negative for MART-1 and HMB-45. The video explains in more detail.
