Lucia Ring-Watkins and students are seen here practising 13 Tai Chi principles with Wei Shan. All of us were taught this form by Yuan Li Min. Each exercise in this form looks at a basic principle, like pulling power up from the feet, or the power of opposing spirals. Overall, this form is great for adding depth to Tai Chi forms from any style.
