WR Kenny Bell blocks Wisconsin DB Devin Smith

Nebraska WR Kenny Bell gets called for unnecessary roughness against a defenseless player (DB Devin Smith) in the 2012 BIG 10 Championship Game. It was a legal hit by Bell, with no helmet-to-helmet contact, rather shoulder-to-solder contact taking place. The penalty negated the touchdown Nebraska scored on the play (thanks to Bell’s block).
