Pakistan: Resumption of Chinese dam project, Pakistan President says ’committed to defeat terrorism’

Pakistan’s Prime Minister visited Dasu in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. He was accompanied by the Chinese Envoy to Pakistan Jiang Zaidong. Sharif met with the Chinese Engineers working on the dam project and assured them of foolproof security arrangements. The visit by the Pakistani Prime Minister comes after five Chinese workers were killed in a suicide blast on March 26th while traveling between Islamabad and a hydroelectric Dam construction site in Dasu.
