Quantum® Pumper – Houston, TX

Walk around one of four Cy-Fair Fire Department’s Quantum® Pumper’s with Assistant Chief Kenny Grayson. Due to the high flooding risk in the Houston, TX area, the department chose the Quantum cab because of the higher air intake. For operational consistency, the pump panel is similar to others within the department and is equipped with the Husky™ 12 Foam System and Waterous 2000 gpm pump. On the rear bumper of the truck, there is a custom mounting peg for traffic cones, allowing for easy access when arriving on the scene.
