Hi and welcome to my fifth Clarinet Hack video series!
Today I’m testing the 100% Carbon Ligatures made by Avis Musical company!
Even though I am quite skeptical about the impact of various accessories on the quality of playing, this time the carbon ligatures by Avis have changed my mind. As you listen to the test samples, you will probably notice that the sound quality remains almost unchanged. Perhaps a track with spectral analysis will help you make sure of this. At least I didn’t notice any significant changes in the sound. But at the same time, each of these ligatures significantly change your sensations while playing.
I still don’t understand how it works but it works! If you have the opportunity I recommend you to test these ligatures and encourage you to share your impressions in the comments!
Traditionally in this video I’ll show you how it sounds and will share some thoughts afterwards!
The ligatures for test were kindly provided by Avis Musical company!
