The Doctor Is In-Alexander

Young Alexander and his size 9 feet are in my office. He’s bummed! I offer the tickle therapy but that is quickly scoffed at. He does want the happy pills and I’m happy to oblige! Next thing he knows, he’s tied up and tickled!
