Constantine Skourlis: Sound Converses | 2020 Documentary

We are proud to present Constantine Skourlis: Sound Converses, a portrait of the artist and composer. A few months before the world changed forever due to an ensuing pandemic, filmmaker Galaxias Spanos created a documentary that captured Constantine Skourlis working on several large-scale projects. The film emphasizes on the “creative act“ of the composer, who is always there, present from the beginning of each work he deals with. From rehearsals with musicians, dancers to recording natural sounds, the primary material of his craft. The documentary initially aired on the Greek National Television and is now presented re-mastered and re-edited, approaching the original vision of the filmmaker.
