Steps:
Begin in a standing position (Tadasana) and step your feet wide apart.
Turn your right foot 90 degrees to the right and your left foot slightly inward.
Align your heels, then bend your right knee, ensuring it is directly over your ankle.
Extend both arms out parallel to the floor, palms facing down, and gaze over your right fingertips.
Hold for several breaths, then switch sides.
