Item title reads: “Our honoured guest. King Fuad pays his first state visit since proclamation as King of Egypt.“ Dover and London M/S of a party of people descending the gangplank of a ship. One is King Fuad. He is followed by a guard wearing a traditional British busby helmet. He inspects a row of troops. He gives a short speech at the station. He is then seen alighting from a train, and greeted by a row of dignitaries, including the Lord Mayor of London. He is then shown to an open carriage, where some footmen pass rugs to those inside.
