Canada’s Wrongful Convictions: What lawyers and leaders can do to safeguard justice

In this talk, Roach and the Honourable Harry LaForme, former Justice of the Ontario Court of Appeal and author with Juanita Westmoreland-Traoré of A Miscarriage of Justice Commission, examine the injustice of wrongful convictions in Canada and what changes are needed to avoid such failures in our criminal justice system.
