BBC1 Northern Ireland Closedown 1986 with slow anthem

BBC1 NI closedown from April 1986. The usual version of the National Anthem was not played. Instead, we have a slow and even more funereal version of it, played what sounds like an old LP or 78, complete with loads of scratches! The announcer of few words is Michael Nunan.
