Primitive Basket Weaving

This is our first attempt at making a “survival“ type basket out of raw materials, cattails and yucca plants found in the woods. This would probably be a good basket for collecting berries or nuts found at Camp Liberty. The basket did dry out and shrank significantly and became more brittle than originally thought. We will continue to explore more options in regards to materials and practice. Thanks for watching video.
