22-year-old Plestia Alqad, a journalist from Gaza, takes us through the reality of those living on the Gaza Strip as Israel send missiles into the territory following Hamas’ attack on Israel. Hamas, a proscribed terror group attacked Israel on the 7th of October killing 1,300 Israeli’s. A counter-attack by Israeli has seen thousands of homes in Gaza devastated by missiles, leaving 1,500 Palestinians dead and many evacuating the conflict. Israel has declared a ’complete siege’ of the territory, leaving the strip without access to electricity, food and water.
