Quick And Easy Grilled Chicken - Perfect Recipe For Lunch or Dinner
Ingredients
• 2 Chicken thighs
• 1/2 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tsp grated garlic
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 2 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey/ brown sugar
📌 Method
• 1. In a bowl, marinate 2 chicken thighs with all the sauce/ spices. Put in a fridge for about an hour.
• 2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add in 1 tbsp cooking oil.
• 3. Place marinated chicken, skin side down. Cook until it’s golden brown. Flip to cook the other side.
• 4. Transfer to a chopping board to slice the chicken.
• 5. Serve over rice with your favorite greens. Enjoyyyy
