A fun little experiment to see how a javelin or thrown spear/partizan could work in a close in fight. Typically in this scenario there would be backup weapons and the javelin user could choose to also use the spear/javelin as a close combat weapon and not throw it, but for the sake of this exercise we assume the user intends to throw. We did not include backup weapons to allow rapid resets of javelin throws.
In future videos we will delve deeper and consider different shields, swords, backup weapons and multiple spear/javelins.
