Jujimufu Rings the end of August

This year, rings and pull up bars have been my sole sources of upper body strength and development training other than deadlifts in my garage (which works the back and grip). I cancelled my gym membership last year to save money, so this has been it. I do this on my lunch hour at work 3 days a week. I’ve loved it. I want to get even better at rings, they’re really cool!
