Apple cookie

Apple cookies: •2 cups flour •150 g butter •1 egg yolk •2 tablespoons of starch •2 tablespoons hazelnut flour •1 teaspoon baking powder •1 packet of vanilla •3 tablespoons of milk •1/2 cup powdered sugar For the apple mixture: •Half kg of sour apples •250 g of granulated sugar • half lemon juice Put flour, starch, hazelnut flour, powdered sugar and baking powder in a bowl and mix well. Then add the butter, egg yolk and milk and knead quickly. Then wrap it in stretch film and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so that our dough will take a better shape. While the dough is resting, start preparing the apple mixture. For the filling: Wash the apples, peel them and remove the seeds. Cut the apples into small pieces in the food processor until they become fine, be careful not to mash them into a puree.
