30 MIN Intense Full Body Pilates Workout | Day 8 Challenge

Hi everyone! Happy Friday! How is everything going? I am so excited for the weekend. I was a little under the weather last week. Max and I both felt sick but thankfully it wasn’t covid! I got so frustrated because I had so many things planned and my body just didn’t wanna move along. There was a point where I just had to let all of that go and just take time to give my body the rest it needed. Now I am getting back into it I am slowly doing some Pilates! It’s such a perfect way to maintain your physical activities on days you are not feeling it or when you are just starting out! Here is a little intense workout for you!
