EC 22 Capsize and Recovery

Here is a video of Aaron and I practicing righting my EC22 sailboat. I secured the boat bow and stern to make capsizing and videoing easier. Recovering a boat in the real world is more difficult but controlled practice is a valuable learning tool. As pointed out in some of the comments in rough conditions sitting on the board would be preferable to standing.
