Full title reads: “Saarbrucken demonstrations. With snow gently falling thousands assemble to hear political speeches“. Saar Region, Germany / France. Nazi parade through Saarbrucken to encourage citizens to vote for German rule of Saar Region. Area is under legislation of League of Nations, formerly ruled by France. Various shots of supporters of Nazi regime marching passed crowds. The marchers carry large swastika banners, many of the crowd give Nazi salutes. Snow falls heavily around them. Crowds gather in square to listen to political speeches. Narrator tells us on other side of town, Socialists and Communists are holding a counter-demonstration.
