SPACE ONE KAIROS launch vehicle’s first launch experienced a launch anomaly at SpacePort Kii (スペースポート紀伊), Tahara, Kushimoto Town, Higashimuro-gun, Wakayama Prefecture, Japan, on 13 March 2024, at 02:01 UTC (11:01 local time).
