Pour faciliter la compréhension des techniques Morihiro SAITO Sensei faisait toujours référence aux mouvements circulaires qui les composent. Daniel TOUTAIN, élève de SAITO Sensei, a globalisé cette pédagogie sous la forme d’un Kata qui permet une pratique en solo pour maîtriser cet aspect fondamental enseigné par son Maître. La bonne utilisation de mouvements circulaires implique en même temps la maîtrise du Centre. Le ENSHIN NO KATA a pour but : 1 - D’intégrer les diverses utilisations de mouvements circulaires dans une synchronisation d’ensemble. 2 - De mieux se situer dans l’espace. 3 - D’acquérir les automatismes nécessaires à la bonne exécution des techniques d’Iwama.
