Solving Skeletal Class II with Deep Bite and 5mm OJ｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC778

[case report] This report describes the treatment of CII malocclusion with deep bite and a 5mm overjet. First extract 4s and 8s based on Dr. Chang’s extraction decision-making table. Then guide the mandible movie forward by using CII elastics and bite turbos to reduce overjet. Lastly, insert incisal and IZC screws to correct gummy smile. 這篇報告描述一個治療CII合併deepbite和5mm overjet及露笑齦的案例。透過拔除4s 和8s以騰出空間，再利用CII elastics和bite turbos引導下顎往前移動。再使用前牙骨釘和IZC骨釘來改善前牙露笑齦的情況。
