Exeltel II terminal 1200 baud modem dial up

Dialing to my Linux box via a 1200bps modem in my Exeltel II telephone/terminal. PC behind the scenes is a Pentium 4 running Ubuntu 12 with 2 external USRobotics 56k modems. Dialing and ringing provided by an AT&T Merlin Legend PBX.
