Lonehill Parkrun

This video provides a glimpse of the park, the route and the amazing volunteers who host the Lonehill Parkrun. Parkruns are free 5km timed events open to everyone. This instance of the Parkrun takes place at 08h00 every Saturday morning at Lonehill Park Dam off Lonehill Boulevard in Johannesburg, South Africa. While it is free you do need to register before the event, just once, at , print out, and run with your personal bar code.
