Tamara Mellon’s Father (1959) - Trendy Soho Life Drawing Cafe. Tamara Mellon, former Vogue accessories editor and co-founder of Jimmy Choo had a famous father, a British actor called Tommy Yeardye. One of Tommy Yeardye’s side-businesses during the 1950s was this trendy Soho coffee house where ladies of distinction would come and paint, lunch, and rub shoulders with each other. It would seem Tommy was quite the ladies man!
