This is almost 10 years after a lecture was delivered at the State University of Moscow in July 2013 at the invitation of Professor Alexander Dugin. We choose to bring it back to attention because of the urgent need of forging Muslim friendship and alliance with the Orthodox Christian world in order that we might jointly resist a common enemy.
