Keto Avocado Pistachio Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS 3 large (450-500g) ripe avocados ¾ cup (150g) powdered allulose or any powdered sweetener of choice ¼ cup (60mL) heavy whipping cream or coconut cream 1 tablespoon (15mL) lemon or lime juice 1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract 1 ½ cups (360mL) chilled heavy whipping cream or coconut cream 1 teaspoon (5mL) vanilla extract ½ cup (100g) powdered allulose or any powdered sweetener of choice ¼ teaspoon (2g) salt 1 cup (150g) chopped pistachios Freeze for at least 6 hours.
