dérive in tyumen

dérive documentary for the Creative Cities course at SAS (School of Advanced Studies, Tyumen), 2021. The goal of the task was to recreate Guy Debord`s concept of a «dérive», which he describes as a basic situationist practise, which involves «playful constructive behaviour and awareness of psychogeographical effects and are thus quite different from the classic notions of journey or stroll» (Debord,1958). We organized the practice in the Siberian city of Tyumen in March 2021.
