Tat Kuang Si Waterfalls

Spending an afternoon at The Kuang Si Falls (kouang si waterfalls; kouangxi water falls), known by the locals as Tat Kuang Si Waterfalls. It has been raining for three days in Luang Prabang, so the falls are more spectacular than the previous times I have been there.
