Nakhla is the basic Tahtib codified form to be taught to beginners. It contains the basic principles of Tahtib such as in the first stance, alignment the other beyond the elbow protection of the head.
The following incremental principles are : keep the 1st three principles at any time, body first, sync lower and upper parts, relax and throw, protect your head while you hit, etc.
