Noise-Shaping SAR in a Single-Amplifier EF-CIFF Structure

In Paper 27.3, Georgia Institute of Technology describes a 3rd-order NS-SAR ADC featuring an EF-CIFF hybrid structure with kT/C noise cancelling. Fabricated in 65nm, the prototype achieves ENOB consuming 119uW, leading to a 182dB Schreier FoM.
