DEEP-FRIED SNICKERS
Snickers Bars
2 Cups Flour
1 Cup Cornmeal
¼ Tsp Baking Soda
2 Cups Milk
Vegetable Oil (For Frying)
Powdered Sugar/Caramel
Freeze Snickers bars overnight before combining flour, cornmeal, baking soda and milk to create a batter. Heat oil to 350, dip frozen snickers in batter and fry for a few minutes until golden. Drain on a paper towel before garnishing with powdered sugar and caramel. Enjoy!
