Today, we will work for 40 seconds pause and then do a second round. I am using my mini-bands for several of the glute exercises but if you donβt have mini-bands you can just use gravity and get a few more reps in.
We will be on the mat for the entire workout so grab your mat, sweat towel, drink and of course your great attitude!
