We champion Buddha Bowls! We eat one every day and it’s our favourite way to eat. This spring veg Buddha bowl is just a fresh version of a classic we’ve added to our rotation. They’re amazing for using up left overs and I don’t think we’ve ever had a bad one. Eating in season is a great way of keeping your grocery costs down and supporting local farmers and growers, we’ve made an active effort in our vegetable shop to supply Irish grown organic vegetables and we’ve really enjoyed the limitations of it when it comes to creating recipes but also the benefits you get in terms of flavour and vibrancy. Our fourth cook book is aimed at helping you learn to cook using frameworks rather than recipes so that you can change ingredients relating to your own tastes but also what you have a available. We’re really proud of that mission statement and the sentiment behind the book.
