Today at Dragon’s Lair, we filmed IFBB Pro Kristina Nicole Mendoza just 3 weeks out from the Chicago Pro. She competed there in 2021 and got 2nd place. She took 2022 off from competing to gain some upper body mass to match her world class legs. This year, her package is stellar and she’s going back to Chicago to WIN! Enjoy!
