Vyshinsky (Vishinsky) protests against the election of Yugoslavia to the Security Council, United Nations Organisation (UNO), New York, United States of America (USA). MS Andrei Vyshinsky leaping up to the rostrum at UN meeting. MS Vyshinsky begins speaking. President Romulo calls for order, pan up to Romulo as he asks Soviet delegate to stick to the point of order, pan down again to Vyshinsky as he resumes speaking. Various shots Vyshinsky speaking and then walking down from rostrum. Romulo speaking: “The Chair rules the remarks just heard entirely out of order“. MS Vyshinsky walking back to his place.
