USBKILL USB power surge testing device presentation video

USBKILL USB power surge testing device presentation video. we are proud to present our USB power surge testing device the USB KILL 2.0 . This product is designed for : - Penetration Testers and security auditors - Hardware engineers / testers (phones, computers, tvs..) - General public who want to test their own devices. In 2015 a video on youtube showcased a usb key able to generate a power surge thru USB ports damaging permanently the host. the USB KILLER. We were surprised at how expensive hardware succumbed to such a unsophisticated attack, and wanted to build the device to test how vulnerable consumer and enterprise level hardware was. We decided to produce this device in order to test the security of the usb ports against such attacks. The USB Kill simply collects voltage from the USB port power lines (5V, 1 - 3A), stores it until it reaches ~ -240V, and then discharges this into the USB data lines.
