1 cup(90 g) rolled oats
a pinch of salt
1 tbsp cocoa/ carob powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 medium banana
1 medium egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup(120 ml) milk/ plant milk
1 medium apple
bake 25-28 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
